About Krishan Kumar

Who I am:

Hello Friends, I am Krishan Kumar, a curious soul with a deep love for solving problems through technology. I hold an undying passion for simplifying life with smart digital tools.

From a young age, I was that kid who would rather build something from scratch than settle for what already exists. Whether it was a puzzle, a piece of code, or a real-life challenge, I’ve always been driven by the thrill of figuring things out. Over the years, this mindset turned into a mission—to create solutions that actually help people in their everyday lives.

Outside the tech bubble, I’m someone who believes in balance. I love spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, and understanding how people live and think. Nature keeps me grounded, and new experiences feed my imagination. I’m also a huge fan of good music and long conversations about anything from sci-fi to startup ideas.

At my core, I’m not just a developer or a co-founder—I’m a learner, a thinker, and someone who believes that every small idea, if nurtured well, can make a big difference.

How OkayCalculator.com Started:

It all began on a chill evening with friends. We were deep into one of our typical conversations—half memes, half genius (or at least we thought so). Out of nowhere, we started planning a weekend trip. But the moment we got to the budgeting part, things got real complicated—how much for fuel? What about splitting food costs? Who owes whom?

One of us (yes, the “math genius” of the group) opened 5 different browser tabs looking for calculators—fuel cost, trip expense, GST, you name it. That’s when the lightbulb went off. Why isn’t there just one place for all this?

That question turned into brainstorming sessions, which turned into sleepless nights, and finally into something we were proud of—OkayCalculator.com. A platform where students, professionals, and just about anyone can access a wide range of calculators—academic, financial, utility-based—all in one place.

Our goal was simple: make complex calculations simple and accessible.
